1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fifty/Fifty ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to access or purchase any content on this Platform.
2. Adult Content
This Platform contains sexually explicit material intended for adults only. By using this Platform you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that accessing such content is legal in your jurisdiction, and that you are not accessing this Platform from a location where such content is prohibited.
3. Purchases & Payments
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for digital content. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying access to digital content and waive any right to a refund once access has been granted.
Payments are processed via Bitcoin through BTCPay Server, a self-hosted, open-source payment processor. All transactions are irreversible by the nature of the Bitcoin network. Ensure payment details are correct before submitting.
4. VIP Lifetime Membership
The VIP "Lifetime" membership grants access to the Platform for the operational lifetime of the Fifty/Fifty service — not the literal lifetime of the purchaser. Specifically:
- Access is valid for as long as the Fifty/Fifty Platform remains operational.
- In the event the Platform is discontinued, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice to registered users via the email address on their account.
- We do not guarantee perpetual operation of the Platform.
- No refund or compensation will be issued in the event of Platform discontinuation.
- Content available on the Platform may change at any time. Models are rotated regularly as part of the Platform's core mechanic. VIP access does not guarantee access to any specific model or piece of content in perpetuity.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, re-upload, sell, or share any content obtained through the Platform. Unauthorized distribution of purchased content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
All content creators retain ownership of their own content. Fifty/Fifty acts as a curator and distributor under agreements with content creators.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Platform. Terminated accounts are not entitled to a refund.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Platform will meet your expectations. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fifty/Fifty and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data or access to purchased content.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
